    • Coordinates with the General Assembly and Executive Directors to ensure the alignment of goals.
  • Composition: Founding members and other key industry representatives elected by them.

2. General Assembly / Governing Body

  • Role: The highest decision-making body of the association. It consists of key industry leaders, senior representatives from member organizations, and advisors.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Approves the strategic direction, major policies, and initiatives.
    • Provides overall governance and oversight.
    • Elects the key office bearers.
  • Composition: Board of Directors, Industry leaders, government representatives, academic institutions, and senior executives from member organizations.

3. President, Vice Presidents & Director Generals

  • Role: Leadership positions responsible for the overall direction and management of IRMA.
  • Responsibilities:
    • The President provides overall leadership for their respective team and represents IRMA at public and governmental platforms.

    • Engages in lobbying and advocacy on issues affecting the sector.
